What can I use in place of the tapioca flour?
Caitlin F. says
Arrowroot, but it’s a smaller amount. I’d look up the ratio. I know it can be subbed for tapioca flour, though.

Hi Michele,
I’m new to Paleorunningmomma and am LOVING your recipes. I see you love Trader Joe’s !everything bagel seasoning’. Just wanted to offer a tip, Einstein everything bagel season, IMHO, is better in as much as it doesn’t have the black sesame seeds (really who needs more lil black things in your teeth, and (Einstein’s) better still is lower in sodium. Amazon has it and if you order by subscription it’s much cheaper that TJ’s. Thanks for all you do to keep us healthy. ❤️
