I have been collecting your recipes for years. They are consistently very good. Thank you for everything you do. I love eating paleo. It keeps the inflammation in my body down. I noticed an extreme decrease in chronic neck and shoulder pain (that I no longer have) after I went paleo. It also helps to manage my weight and I am 55 and going through menopause. The recipes I have used have always been great. I don’t eat paleo (pre-diabetic, so protein and veggies for the most part for me) and some are too high in fat for me, but I always appreciate your blog and explanations, and some delicious recipes.
