This mango smoothie is creamy, delicious and refreshing and comes together in seconds! It’s dairy free, paleo, vegan and great with or without adding some vanilla protein. Breakfast, post workout or dessert, this smoothie is a summer favorite!
Recently I swapped out my usual avocado smoothie for mango and it’s sooo good!
The smoothie uses frozen mango chunks so there’s really no prep at all!
Of course, if you’re a fresh mango fan you can buy fresh and freeze it yourself.
I do like the mango frozen though to avoid having to add ice to the smoothie.
To get the smoothie really creamy, you’ll use your favorite yogurt too.
Let’s get into the recipe details so you can enjoy this smoothie ASAP!
What You Need to Make this Creamy Mango Smoothie
Just 3 main ingredients with an optional 4th! Â It doesn’t get easier than this!
- frozen mango chunks
- paleo friendly yogurt (Culina, Kite Hill, Forager, Cocojune)Â
- unsweetened almond milkÂ
- vanilla protein powder, optionalÂ
How to Make this Creamy Mango Smoothie
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy. Serve with fresh sweet mango for an extra treat!
I like to use my Vitamix for this one because it makes 2-3 smoothies. Â
You can always divide the recipe in half to make one large smoothie if you prefer, and won’t need a large blender for that amount. Â
For smaller or single serve smoothies, I use my Ninja blender.
My Favorite Paleo Vanilla Protein
I like adding protein to my smoothies, especially collagen protein as an easy way to get more in my diet, and make the smoothie more of a meal.
The Ancient Nutrition Collagen Protein has been my favorite for years, and I use both the vanilla and chocolate depending on the flavor of my smoothie.
Vanilla obviously will work best here!
If you’re looking for a plant based protein, Ancient Nutrition has this one as well!
I hope you’re ready to fall in love with a new go-to summer smoothie! Â Grab your blender!
