These sweet potato sliders are loaded with goodies! Taco-seasoned mini burger patties over roasted sweet potato “buns” topped with an easy guacamole, chipotle ranch and crumbled bacon. Perfect as an appetizer, party food or a fun meal! Paleo and Whole30 compliant, family approved!

I posted these on my Instagram stories last week and people went WILD – you guys sure love your sliders!
And hey, I don’t blame you one bit – these LOADED sweet potato sliders are everything I was craving when I made them last week, and pretty much everything I’m craving right now, too.
With roasted sweet potato “buns”, a spicy mini burger and toppings galore, no one is about to complain about these insanely tasty bites.

I guess I have to mention that they, these slider are PERFECT for Super Bowl too! Because it happens to be coming up this weekend.
Not that I like to pay attention or anything – my husband pays enough attention to sports for the entire East Coat in my opinion, so no need for me to mind the “Super Bowl”
But I do like burgers. And tacos. And sweet potatoes and bacon and guacamole! Which is why I don’t mind sharing football friendly Whole30 options with you even if football isn’t my bacon jam (if you know what I mean.)

Anyway, these burgers pack a ton of flavor for how mini they are – and even though they might look fancy all loaded up with toppings in the glamour shots, they’re actually quick and easy to make.
Get your toppings ready to go. I like to have my bacon cooked and crumbled, guac and ranch made already before beginning.
Then, You roast your sweet potato buns while making/pan frying (you can also grill) the burgers, and BOOM – once those sweet potatoes are good to go, you assemble the sliders and load ’em up!

MMM, now I want one! The sliders are also pretty kid friendly too – although the chipotle ranch has a bit of a kick (hence the chipotle) but otherwise, my kids can handle the bit of spice that’s in the burgers themselves.
You can always adjust spice levels a bit to your preference, adding more or less minced jalapeño and chipotle powder as needed.
Between these sweet potato sliders, my crispy baked buffalo chicken wings and BBQ bacon wrapped meatballs, you can have yourself a Whole30 finger food party – football or not – whenever the mood strikes!

Ah, Whole30 – if you feel deprived, you might be doing it wrong! With recipes like this one, Whole30 tastes so right it almost feels wrong. Except not actually wrong, just very, very right. If that makes sense.
I hope you’re hungry and ready for these tasty loaded up sweet potato sliders – let’s go!

I really like sweet potatoes, and I can try them in different kinds of dishes. For good-quality sweet potatoes, it’s also important that the land where they are cultivated has fertile and healthy soil. I’d also like to mention that if you’re from Bihar, India, you can check all the information about your land online. The Bihar government has created an official portal where you can get complete details — including how to apply for online mutation and how to register your LPC or Jamabandi.
