How to Make this Easy Paleo Taco Salad
This salad is really simple to prepare. First, heat your oil in a skillet and cook the ground beef until some fat is rendered, breaking up lumps with a spatula.
Add the taco seasoning and continue to cook to brown, then add the salsa and cook until heated through, then taste and season with salt if desired.
To arrange the salad, place the lettuce in a large serving bowl, or alternatively, divide among 4 single serving bowls.
Sprinkle 1/4 cup cilantro over the lettuce, then arrange the tomatoes and cooked beef mixture.
In a small bowl, mash the avocado together wit the lime, additional tablespoon of cilantro and sea salt, to taste.
Spoon the guacamole on the salad, then add the red onion and jalapeño pepper.
Serve with Kite Hill sour cream or Primal Kitchen cilantro ranch dressing, either on the side or right on the salad. Garnish with pico de Gallo and grain free tortilla chips, if desired.
How to Make Your Salad Whole30 and/or Keto Friendly
To make a Whole30 friendly salad, use the Primal Kitchen cilantro ranch dressing or my homemade cilantro ranch, and omit the tortilla chips.
For keto, omit tortilla chips and use either sour cream or ranch dressing.
If you can have dairy, you can always use real sour cream and add some shredded cheddar.
I hope you’re ready for a new favorite taco salad that you’ll want on repeat in your house!

This pumpkin bread looks absolutely delightful! 🎃 I love how moist and cozy it sounds—with just the right amount of sweetness from the maple streusel. The grain-free and refined sugar-free twist makes it feel like an indulgence that doesn’t come with too much guilt. Definitely planning to bake this soon. Thanks for sharing such a beautiful fall treat!
I know this if off topic but I’m looking into starting my own blog and was curious what all is needed to get setup? I’m assuming having a blog like yours would cost a pretty penny? I’m not very internet savvy so I’m not 100 positive. Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
I have seen that expenses for online degree specialists tend to be a fantastic value. For instance a full Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from The University of Phoenix Online consists of Sixty credits with $515/credit or $30,900. Also American Intercontinental University Online comes with a Bachelors of Business Administration with a whole study course feature of 180 units and a worth of $30,560. Online studying has made getting your education been so detailed more than before because you might earn your own degree in the comfort of your home and when you finish from work. Thanks for all the other tips I have learned through your website.
